THE NACOGDOCHES CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL MEET IN
REGULAR SESSION, MONDAY, February 9, 2015 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE CITY
COMMISSION CHAMBER ROOM 119 AT 202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from January 12, 2015 Regular Session
3. Public Hearing: Consider the request for approval of the Irene Muller Third
Subdivision.
4. Consider the request for approval of the Hyde Corner Subdivision.
5. Consider the request for a variance of Section 78-97 of the sign ordinance,
to allow a free standing electronic message center sign, located at 3715 NW
Stallings Drive.
6. Consider the request for a variance of Section 78-57 of the sign ordinance,
to allow an addition town existing legal non -conforming sign, located at
1102 South Street.
7. Adjourn.
