REGULAR SESSION, MONDAY, May 11, 2015 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE CITY
COMMISSION CHAMBER ROOM 119 AT 202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from April 13, 2015 Regular Session
3. Consider the request for approval of the sign variance to place an additional
pole sign at 2720 NW Stallings Drive. This request has been submitted by
Mike Hammer.SV15-03.
4. Public Hearing: Consider the request for a zone change from B-1, Local
Business, to B-2, General Business for Lots 1 & 2, of the C.L. Simon
Subdivision, city Block 64, located at the corner of SE Stallings Drive and
Woden Road. This request has been submitted by Thary Por.ZON2015-02
5. Adjourn.
