3. Public Hearing: Consider the request for a variance of Section 118-427 "District
Development Standards", to allow a reduction in the building setback line for Lot
40, City Block 50, located at 3004 N. Pecan Street. This request has been
submitted by Jose Gomez. ZBA15-0001.
