1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from September 14, 2015 Regular Session
3. Public Hearing: Please consider the request for a zone change from
Agriculture to R-4, Multi -Family Residential, for Lots 2-D & 2-C, located on
Durst and Harris Streets, City Block 65. This request has been submitted by
Terry Singleton.ZON2015-03
4. Please consider the approval of a preliminary plat for the Spring Creek
Estates, Phase 2, Subdivision Plat. This request has been submitted by
Irie Montes.
5. Please consider the approval of the final plat for Teme Subdivision, located
in Tanglewood Circle. This request has been submitted by Sam Wright.
6. Adjourn.
