THE NACOGDOCHES CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL MEET IN REGULAR
SESSION, MONDAY, August 8, 2016, Regular Meeting AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL
CHAMBER ROOM 119 AT 202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from June 13, 2016 Regular Session
3. Appoint a new Chair and Vice Chair.
4. Consider the request for a replat of Lots 1-21 in Block 2, Lots 1-8 in Block 3, part of Lot 13 in Block 4
and Quitclaimed portions of Buchanan Street, Nagle street and Smith Street out of the Resubdivision of
Buchanan Subdivision and Addition. This request has been submitted by Glenn Hoffpauir.
5. Consider the request for a variance to the sign ordinance for a pole sign that exceeds the size in area,
located at 4120 Old Tyler Road. This request has been submitted by Nichols Outdoor Signs. SV02016-
06.
6. Consider the request for a variance to the sign ordinance for a pole sign that exceeds the size in area,
located at 3303 North Street. This request has been submitted by East Texas Signs.SV02016-07.
7. Adjourn.
