SESSION, MONDAY, May 8, 2017, AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER ROOM 119 AT
202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from April 10, 2016 Regular Session
3. Public Hearing: Consider the request for a zone change from B-2, General Business, to R-4, Multi -Family
Residential for Lot 11-4, City Block 66, located at 603 Markham Street. This request has been submitted by
Samuel J. Gates.ZON2017-01.
4. Consider the request for approval of a variance of the sign ordinance for a wall sign that exceeds the allowable
sign size which is located on property at 2111 North Street. This request has been submitted by Chipotle/Bakers
Signs. SV02017-01.
5. Informational Item: Five year history of sign variance cases.
6. Adjourn.
