2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from October 9, 2017 Regular Session
3. Public Hearing: Consider the request for approval of plat for Living Vintage Subdivision, located on the corner of
Lakewood and N. Pecan Streets. This request has been provided by Opperman Surveying Company.
4. Please consider a variance to the sign ordinance for a pole sign that exceeds the area, height, and setback from
the curb requirements at 3805 South Street. SV020 17-03. This request has been submitted by Mike Stansberry,
with Valley Bell Enterprises, LLC.
