2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from November 13, 2017 Regular Session
3. Public Hearing: Consider the request for approval of preliminary plat for the Starr Avenue Addition, Lot 23-C, City
Block 54, located at 2800 E. Starr Avenue. This request has been provided by N.T. Samson Surveying Company.
4. Public Hearing: Please consider a request for a zone change from R-1, Single Family Residential, for Lot 7, and
from R-3, Two -Family Residential, for Lot 61, to Medical zoning, City Block 45, located at 1102 Garner Street.
