SESSION, MONDAY, April 8, 2019, AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER ROOM 119 AT
202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS. ALL AGENDA ITEMS ARE
SUBJECT TO ACTION.
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: Consider and take action for the Minutes from the March 11, 2019 Regular Session.
3. Public Hearing: Consider a zone change from R-1, Single Family Residential, to B-1, Local Business, for Lot 15-E,
City Block 64, Parcel ID 26139, located at 3609 N.E. Stallings Drive.
4. Presentation from Stephen F. Austin, Geography students -Housing Assessment survey for the City of Nacogdoches.
