Approval of Minutes: Consider and take action for the Minutes from the October 14, 2019 Regular Session 3. Consider the Final Plat for Spring Creek Estates, Phase 3. Public Hearing: Please consider this Zone Change, being a parcel originally called Part of Lot 70, Block 54, City of Nacogdoches, and also wholly contained and generally located in the southeast quadrant of a called 6.03 acre tract described in a deed from North Park Real Estate, LLC to Mark Allan Cline recorded in Volume 4892, Page 8 DRNCT. Said parcel having an eastern boundary contiguous with a called 10.0 acre tract owned by Calvary Baptist Church as recorded in Volume 1231 Page 385 DRNCT, and the eastern boundary of the 6.03 acre tract, and a southern boundary contiguous with the north right-of-way of (Loop 224) N.E.
